I was told by EA support to bring this here...

Can someone explain how this isn't a violation of TOS?  Or is talking about wanting rape in the Sims 3 OK according to EA?  I'm a bit confused as to why I received the email repsonse I did.  I tried the S3 forum, but a known troll got a hold of the thread and it's been deleted.

I reported this because the user wants a "rape pack":

"University sucks.. I wish I never bought it... I wanted to buy the Sims r.ape pack"

And I got this:

  • I'm sorry Customer Relations didn't help you; sadly, though, I'm not surprised by their lack of response/help.

Since they suggested Customer Support, you need to contact them here:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

Do not click anything related to Answer HQ because that will bring back here, and we can't do anything about this; Answer HQ is a forum for players to help other players.  You need to speak to a game adviser either via Live Chat or phone.

I hope you're able to reach someone.

    Good luck.
