The "call me" is only available in the US and only during the time customer support is open. I think the hours are Mon-Sat: 9am-9pm CST. I have used the call back and it worked when I tried it. I have found the game consultants are sometimes (not all the time) are somewhat less then helpful. There are many knowledgeable users here and at the thesims3.com technical discussion group that are sometimes more helpful then EA game consultants.
