If you buy The Sims 3 Starter pack you need the base game?

On Origin is The Sims 3 Starter pack, and i'm not sure if Key Details are what contain The Sims 3 Starter Pack, so if i buy it i need the base game, or if i buy it i will have the stuff pack, expansion pack and The Sims 3?

I'm really confused right now! In Details it says it contains The Sims 3 , Stuff Pack and an Expansion Pack, so if i buy it it will give me and the game?(base game)?
