If you buy The Sims 3 Starter pack you need the base game?

On Origin is The Sims 3 Starter pack, and i'm not sure if Key Details are what contain The Sims 3 Starter Pack, so if i buy it i need the base game, or if i buy it i will have the stuff pack, expansi...

The game called The Sims 3 is the base game, so you do not need to buy that too! 🙂

So if i buy The Sims 3 Starter pack it will give me stuff pack expansion pack and the base game? I really want to know...because i want to buy it....answer fast please
