I'm having problems with the EA App

Hi, how is everyone.

I've just installed the EA App, but I'm having trouble downloading some of my expansion packs for the Sims 3.
I click on them in the App, and there is a green owned tick, but no download button. There doesn't seem to be a way to download them and they're not showing up in the launcher. Some of my packs do have a download option, and I've successfully downloaded Ambitions and University Life. But for some reason I can't get Seasons and World Adventures. I'm also unable to download Roaring Heights, Barnacle Bay, and Island Paradise.
Does anyone know why some are downloadable and some aren't? I don't care as much about Roaring Heights or Island Paradise, but I'm upset that I can't download Seasons and World Adventures. Also, I own Monte Vista and Hidden Springs, but they aren't showing up as owned, and it seems I'd have to pay for them if I want them back. But that's not important to me either, I just want Seasons and World Adventures.

Can anyone help me?

    It would be best to head on over to the AHQ site as the EA developers would prefer to have all issues with the EA app posted over there. Plus there are already several threads over there about this same issues as well... :)

    I will post both the Sims 3 and the EA app links so that you can go and take a look at both of them so that you can find if anyone has already posted a solution over there... :)

    Have you gone into the Sims 3 launcher itself? I saw some of my stuff missing in the app, but when I launch the game it's all there. I think you should be able to install your packs from the launcher as well.

    Thank-you Lisa, I appreciate your suggestion and the links. I'll check them both out. Yes Jafo, I've tried installing packs from the launcher. I only get sent back to the EA App, which still only lets me download some, but not all of my expansion packs. Thanks for your comment though, I appreciate your help.
