@NewYorkCityTM I think the problem may well be that WA disappeared. Removing an expansion from a save that's used its content can and usually does corrupt that save. It's not simply a matter of removing items; sims have EP-related data attached to them that now points to nothing and that the game doesn't know how to handle.
My suggestion here would be to put aside this save until you've sorted out the issue with WA. If you have a backup save from before WA disappeared, keep that around until WA is present again. If you don't have such a save, I'm not sure the present copy is fixable. I'm happy to keep trying, just saying it's not worth doing right now. Attempting to address the current issues is likely a waste of your time as long as WA is missing; once it's back, we can figure out what's still broken and go from there.
@puzzlezaddict Yeah I understand but WA disappeared a long time ago and I could play these two worlds without problems.
By the way, the traveling problem is in a world that don’t had to do with anything WA related.
I only used WA in my main world but like I told you, when it disappeared, it only told me one time that it was missing and everything will be changed to their equivalent (I only used 6 lights from this dlc so not much to change anyway) and that’s all, I played this world fine without it until the day I changed to a 12th intel gen pc, I will try to downgrade to 1 core will attempting to make the changes to see if it’s a little different or not.

@NewYorkCityTM Running the game on only one CPU core is going to make things worse, not better. Instead, try an MC reset of each town where you're having issues. If the game crashes or freezes, try a reset of only the the active lot, then in the case of the inactive sims you can't evict, try reseting that lot separately too. To see the option, click on the ground of the lot and select NRaas > MC.
Removing an EP from a save that's seen it can and does corrupt the save. It doesn't always mean that the save will be immediately unplayable; problems can surface much later. And replacing missing objects has nothing to do with it—this is about data attached to sims, for example visa levels or skills or relationships. Still, if reinstalling WA isn't an option right now, we can try to fix the save. I'm just not sure it'll work.
