Install info

I'm having to reinstall all my store content due to a switch to EA Play and just figured something out that may be helpful to others.

After installing the multitab and it not showing up in the computer section, I clicked on it and hit 'purchase' (even though I already own and had installed it). It came up with the amount, I clicked on it, and it said something to the effect that I already own this item and now it shows up in the menu. It does not have a store icon though, which isn't a huge deal. At least I can buy and use it!

So was wondering if others have items that are installed but are filtering by 'store content,' which doesn't show anymore. Hope this helps.

  • @zeegee1  That's odd, but who knows, maybe it's the act of forcing the game or the Store or the App to validate that you own the item that's making it work.

    I haven't been able to reproduce any of the issues beyond deliberately breaking things in ways known to cause problems, so any extra data is helpful.
