Install the "The Sims 3: Bonus Edition [Target Exclusive]"

Hello, today I buy the The Sims 3: Bonus Edition [Target Exclusive], I install, and do everything, but when was to put the code, the program ask to put in there http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/targ...

    There are two different kinds of codes:

    16 digit ones are for limited edition Store content. Those are sent out by email or can be found on the colored leaflet in your DVD box. They are redeeemed here: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html where it says redeem a code and then you'll find the item in your thesims3.com purchase history to download to your game: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html

    20 digit ones: Those are the product or serial codes which you need to install the game and they can be found on your Origin client or on the white leaflet in your DVD Box


    Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there

    If it's not there, log out and back in and/or restart Origin

But I buy my game in the box, in the Target, and have the 16 numbers but when I put the code in there (https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html) didn't work! The page say "You have entered an invalid cash card code. Please check the numbers entered and try again." but I put the right code, I check it. 

 

I buy the game packaged, I open and I read the leaflet. So I put the dvd in the cd room and downloaded, so I go to the URL the leaflet and saying to go and put the code, I go, so the page was in error, and my code isn't working in the link you give me!
