Installation problems after deletion

Can someone fix my problem? I have deleted and reinstalled the game and origin but now the launcher won't work. I starts up fine but can't load the startpage and when i go to the sore online to down...

    @Bailey2014_01  You shouldn't need to login to the launcher or the Main Menu when either downloading content or playing.  If you can't install your content, that may be a different issue.  First though, please try to fix the launcher loading issue by clearing the cache for Internet Explorer.  Even if you never use it, the launcher does for some purposes.  Be sure to uncheck the box to preserve data for favorite sites.

    For the downloading issue, try starting the downloads from the Sims 3 Store product pages, or your purchase history.  If you still get an error, move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to spawn a clean folder, and try downloading again.
