InstallSheild Wizard/game problems/origin problem? please help

Ok i literally just bought the game two days ago along with SIMS 3 (also PC) so everything went fine, download and everything. i started playing supernatural, everything fine, i saved and quit earlier and less then an hour ago i come back ready to play and InstallSheild Wizard says it wants to do a set up thingie in the corner and then i get this https://www.facebook.com/hayley.sutcliff#!/photo.php?fbid=585077568170698&set=p.585077568170698&type=1&theater

the game is not running and i can not get it to load from origin either, nothing comes up
