I did check it after an afternoon of playing my game and it has now grown to 1kb. When open it with a text editor I didn't get much.

I don't like the word tracking in the file name as I wouldn't want to be tracked or whatever their tracking.... I kinda dislike them adding new files to our game every update without mentioning it too us. This could offcourse be a harmless file however since don't know anything about it and it has a bit of a suspicious name (to me at least) I hope they will fill us in with details very soon!
