Hi,
I have a problem I bought 4 new worlds for TS3. I registered 3 worlds through The Sims 3 Store page. I can't register the 4th world either through The Sims 3 Store page or through the EA site. I don't know what to do in this case. The code still tells me that I have already registered, while I did not register the game before.

kimlila5 This happens sometimes, and the only thing you can do is get a refund for this world from EA support and purchase a new copy. Please see the first post of this thread for more details:

As noted in that post, live chat tends to be much more effective than email. Among other things, you can link that thread to show it's a known issue with no solution aside from a refund.
