Into the Future Limited edition billing issue

Hi,

I have pre-ordered the Limited edition of the game on 15/09.

Yesterday I got an e-mail from Origin stating that there was an issue with the billing and that I should redo the whole purchasing process. They mentioned that I will not be charged twice.

I did it and I WAS charged but the funniest part is that the game is not available in the Origin client for downloading.

After contacting ea.help I got the recommendation to wait few days for the problem to be solved.

I do not understand:

- why to wait when I paid (twice) for the game

- why I do not have the game available

Any feedback would be appreciated.

  • Solved by EA by sending new registration number and making the game available.
