Invalid registration code
I purchased the Sims 3 Plus Pets at GameStop and now when I try to register the game it tells me my code is invalid. I only installed the base game but it won't fully install because of this :/

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
