Invalid Serial Number to The Sims 3 Monte Vista

The 16-number serial code is invalid. It won't work when I try to redeem the code via Origin OR the Sims 3 website. Also the CD won't work either. It does not ask to put the serial number or anything...

I too experienced this problem.  I talked to a rep, and they linked me to this forum. I look forward to a speedy solution.

      I've just gotten Monte vista and I've been looking fo r the code and I cannot find it anywhere and I've tried asking for help but no one can help me
      Where is the 16 digit code
