Community AdminCan you please try to delete your game data utility? It's possible that this got corrupted. Deleting it should help.

- Thanks for the reply. I tried it twice but no luck.
- After moving my family into a new home saving and turning on the game the next day, I could not access my inventory the game recognizes that I have items in my inventory but I just cannot get to them. My backpack icon is half full and when I go to the supermarket I have the option of selling all fish and fruits in my inventory. I tried deleting the utility game data three times and that didn't fix the problem. Any help would be much a appreciated.

Then try this: Go to edit town, evict your household and place them back.
