Invisible stereo not on my lot and I can't remove it sims 3 😭

I was playing my sims 3 game when I kept hearing stereo music. I had no stereos on in the house and was super confused. It was so annoying. I looked around and the sound got louder or quieter depending on where I went. Eventually I found music notes. It was very loud. It was invisible and not on my lot.  I was so annoyed I couldn't shift click it at all. I can't download mods either so how do I get rid of this stupid invisible stereo that's not on my lot? I try playing my game but it's so irritating having music play constantly. Please help me. 😭😭😭

(Btw I don't want to have to mute my game, nor do I want the music to play. I can't download mods so I need something to remove this invisible stereo that plays something. I need someone to help me, I would be so thankful. My birthday is soon and that would be a great gift)

    i moved my sims out, and the stereo disappeared, I moved them back in and it's gone for good! Thank you for your suggestions I'll keep it in mind if it happens again.

    (btw do you know what plot time I need to place the coffeehouse from University Life. I want to place it but I can't. I have university life and I have the coffeehouse saved but I don't know what lot I need to place it. Thanks for your help)

    Yes I'm sure, it isn't on my lot, it's just outside. I tried going to build mode and sledgehammering it, that didn't work. I see the speaker music notes and the boom thing.....nothing works....it's so annoying cause it's my favourite game/world. 😭

    @CJRultz

    Have you tried turning on buydebug to see if it's a hidden object? Bring up the cheat console and type in:

    testingcheatsenabled true

    then hit enter. Next type in:

    buydebug

    then hit enter. Does it show up anywhere? If you can't access it from the lot can you see it in Edit town and delete it that way?

    I had this problem then realized there was a skating rink in the next lot. Turned off the music.
