Is anyone else having trouble downloading clothing from the exchange?

Is anyone else having trouble downloading clothing from the exchange?  I can download them but all of the sudden the patterns for the clothing are NOT downloading.  All I get is a copy of the store or game garment.  I have never had this problem until recently and I am completely up to date on all updates.  I have also had this problem on three different internet browzers (Firefox, Explorer and Chrome).  I would really like to get this fixed but nothing I do works.  HELP!!!!
