Island Paradise Bug Thread

Hello team! Thank you for all you're doing here.
1. I do not have any custom content.
2. I have both Island Paradise and the patch.
3. I have patch version 1.55.4.022001
4. I started a new game.
5. My sims are all new or pre-made (as in placed in the game by the creators).
6. I started in Isla Paradiso and moved to Appaloosa Plains. The problem occurred in both.
7. I have Windows 7.
8. I have the DVD version of the game.
9. I'm in the home world.
I've only experienced this problem since loading IP. When my first pair of sims tried for a baby, the mother did not show any signs of pregnancy and she stopped aging. I could not use the birthday cake or force her to age up. Other sims aged normally. When I used "testingcheatsenabled true," and clicked on her, the option to edit her in CAS was not there. I was able to fix the problem (after unsuccessfully trying many other simpler methods) by moving from Isla Paradiso to Appaloosa Plains. When they got there, she was pregnant and gave birth three days later to her first child. Somehow she had a second child without the problem after several tries and re-loads. Now, the first child is trying to have a baby with his wife, and she is having the same problem. I don't want to keep moving to different towns so my sims can give birth. What can I do?
