Issue with activation
Hello, I bought The Sims 3 along with the DLCs via Humble Origin Bundle, I activated the game when I recieved the code, but I don't remember if I activated on the Origin Client or Thesims3.com website. I logged into my Origin account to download the game but theres no The Sims 3 in my games tab. I only have one origin account and only use one email for my games stuff. I still got the code from the Humble Origin Bundle page and it was the only game that I "redeemed". I tried to do the registration process again by Thesims3.com, created a new persona, but it says the code it's already used. I'm really disapointed by EA Games support, I tried to use the live chat but it does not work (Wait time 5 minutes, I've been waiting for 2 hours and no response at all).
I just sent an Email aswell with my issue, but it says the response time is 14 days...
I want to solve this problem as soon as possible and want to make everything clear to explain.
