Issue with Missing Late Night Expansion Pack in The Sims 3 Launcher

I am writing to report an issue I am facing with The Sims 3 on the EA app. Specifically, the Late Night expansion pack is not showing up in the Sims 3 Launcher, despite being listed as "already installed" in the Add-On Manager.

I try to contact with EA Support but we don't help me, I try to redeem the serial number again but nothing change.
