Issues loading purchased DLC Into Sims3/Logging in once in game

Question

Hello I am having trouble logging into my Sims3 game after the launch screen. My original password was alphanumerical, as well as the new one I created. I have cleared the EA App cache, as well as repaired the game. There is no CC or mods in folder at this time. I have also purchased several DLC for the Sims3 that are not loading into the game (Ambitions, Supernatural, Showtime and Seasons). My EA app is up to date and I have also spoken with a member of the EA support team who referred me here for further assistance.

For reference I am also a Sims4 player and have the majority of the DLC installed (currently playing on Mac, but I also play on PC sometimes). I do have CC/mods installed within my Sims4 Folder. I have run the BetterExceptions mod and see no issues there. But putting this information out there in case it has anything to do with my current issue on the Sims3. The computer I am troubleshooting on is a Macbook pro.

There's also a file in documents\electronicarts	hesims3\downloads that has your email address as file name. Delete that and see if that works and attempt to reinstall EA app.

@anntraina&nbsp; Where did you buy the packs that aren't loading?&nbsp; If you used a third-party retailer, you might have received bad codes.&nbsp; EA customer support doesn't always catch the problem.

For the in-game login, what happens when you try?&nbsp; Is there a reason you need the login to work?&nbsp; It doesn't serve much purpose—the game plays fine without it, so you'd only be missing out on certain online features like Simport or sending gifts to friends.
