EDIT(crin): The exchange has now been fixed. Not sure about gift sending and FR.

I noticed that the new content cannot be viewed or is the site just down for maintenance
The Sims 3 website isn't working properly. The Exchange won't show new items!! It will say No results for Today or This Week, but I know that there have been uploads, because I recently uploaded a pet. Many of my friends on the site have also uploaded items! It seems to be stuck on Dec. 11th or 12th. I tried to get help from tech support, but I did it when I had no time. Also, it isn't an in-game problem! Someone from Sims please help us get the Exchange back!
Who else besides me that cannot get any updates on the Households and neither Sims for Today and This week? This has been happening since the last Sims3 update
This has been a problem since the last update for Sims3. I`m not the only one with this problem and EA told me they don`t take care of The Exchange - how is this problem ever going to get fixed. I also noticed in the forum some people are unable to upload to The Exchange - no wonder there are no updates.
Not sure where or how to post this. The Sims 3 Exchange has been the same for weeks now. No new uploads and one cannot upload and have it show up. It is like it is frozen with the same Pets, Sims, Lots etc. I have done everything, such as deleted temp files, however I found out it is not me or my computer. Any ideas?
My lot will not upload to the sims 3 exchange ☹️ Please help 🙂
