It doesn't let me logon to my sims online account through my app (PC)

I feel like I have tried everything. I have restarted, reinstalled, repaired, checked firewall access, cleared cache... my login details are correct as I am able to login via browser. I bought Simoleans and I want to spend them in my app :( Every time I try my details, the log in box just keeps popping back up, it doesn't even say anything.

  • molsmolsmols  Are you saying you can't login to the EA App, or to the Sims 3 launcher?  If the launcher, you don't need to login when installing Store content.  But if you do want this to work, one cause of the launcher not accepting a password is using special characters, so you could try removing those.
