It doesn't let me logon to my sims online account through my app (PC)

I feel like I have tried everything. I have restarted, reinstalled, repaired, checked firewall access, cleared cache... my login details are correct as I am able to login via browser. I bought Simoleans and I want to spend them in my app :( Every time I try my details, the log in box just keeps popping back up, it doesn't even say anything.

molsmolsmols Are you saying you can't login to the EA App, or to the Sims 3 launcher? If the launcher, you don't need to login when installing Store content. But if you do want this to work, one cause of the launcher not accepting a password is using special characters, so you could try removing those.
