Tiny launcher
So I did see someone with this issue about a year ago, but the exe file they eventually used to open it with a normal resolution doesn't seem to exist on my laptop.
Here's the launcher with my The Sims 3/game/bin folder open both for size reference and the fact I don't seem to have a Sims3LauncherW.exe
I can open the game fine but its really annoying to navigate the launcher to manage downloads and expansions and stuff
(as a sidenote and idk if i should open a separate discussion for this but i bought the dragon valley gold edition from the ea app, but despite being installed it won't show up in game or in any of the launcher sections so idk whats going on there)
Jellyfishdotorg Sims3LauncherW.exe only works for disc and Steam installs, not for EA App installs. So even if you had it, you wouldn't be able to use it. Having said that, the launcher should definitely not be this small. Can you manually resize the window?
If not, please repair the game in the EA App. Clear the App's cache first:

Then open the App and select Sims 3 > Manage > Repair. If you've made other changes to the game's program files, for example getting the graphics card recognized, this will undo the changes. So you may want to save any edited files and replace them later. But please hold off on that until you've seen what the launcher looks like post-repair.
