I've bought quite a lot of different items including clothes, furnisher, hair styles, towns and other add ins... Only problem is, it says that I've purchased and I download the item from the launcher and it says they've downloaded. However when I go into the game they're not there and I go back and says I've not downloaded them... :/
I am having this same problem. All of the content I have bought shows that it is downloaded and installed. Then when I run the game nothing is there and they disappear from my launcher. I have recently bought Monte Vista and now it is telling me installed, loading world, and then when I click new game + it is not an option at all. First my cars, clothes, and sets, now a world. Any help out there at all??
I am having a similar problem only I get a popup message saying an unknown error has occurred. it's very annoying. Let me know if anyone gets any answers.
