I've installed reinstalled, restarted

Question

I've installed reinstalled, restarted even gave Sims 3 access to my administrator but Everytime I start there is a bubble that says there was a major error and that I should restart the game but it doesn't matter it won't get past the loading screen after I select the town I'm supposed to go to. Please fix this as I have spent good money on all of this&nbsp;
