Ok, I can't even play the game. I log on just fine but it goes to a page asking to register as a new user. I fill the info in and hit sign up and it starts over. How do I get through this issue? I want to play the game but it is honestly not worth it if it keeps up the issue.

Could you tell us if you installed your game through Origin or using DVDs? Also, where is it asking you to register as a new user? (The game launcher, the game main menu, thesims3.com,...). If you could share a screenshot with us, that would be very helpful. 🙂
