Keeps saying my CD key is invalid

I've tried activating my Sims 3 code but it keeps saying it is invalid. I have tried several times and am putting in the correct code. I have registered world ambitions but for some reason my Sims 3 ...

You need to contact Customer Support.

You have the option to contact them by mail, phone or Live Chat. For Live Chat, make sure to choose US as your country.
Also be sure to not mix up 0 and O and 2 and Z
