Lag in The Sims 3

I got a new computer, specially because of the lag that existed when I played the Sims 3 on my old computer. The computer that I have now is this one:http://www.amazon.co.uk/Packard-Bell-EasyNote-15-6-inch-Laptop/dp/B009R1537S, it has:

- AMD Dual-Core Processor E-300

- 16:9 HD LED LCD

- AMD Radeon HD 6310

- 4 GB Memory

- 500 GB HDD

- Windows 8 (64 bits)

It is a lot better than my old computer, but still, I installed the game and it runs a lot worse than it was on my old computer, my sims just won't do the actions that I make them do, they just stand for 5 minutes in the same place without moving, and only when it has passed 2 hours or more in the game, they move. The other day I helped a friend install the sims on her computer and even though her computer is not as good as mine, the game runs so smothly on hers. I just don't get it, I have the requisitions for the game, but it just lags, I don't know if it is because of the computer I have and I definitly not gonna buy another one untill I know whats's wrong. If things keep like this I'm really gonna stop playing the sims, because it isn't worth it :\

BTW I have all expansion packs and stuff packs, I tried to unnistall some of them to see if it was because of that, but with no luck.

I also delete the files on the DCBackup, Exports, Screenshots, Saved Sims and the Cache Files, but it doesn't work as well.

If you can help me it would be apreciated.

Sorry if there are any grammar mistakes, I'm not a native english speaker...

Unfortunately, its not the game's fault, its your PC. Your specific IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor), an AMD Radeon HD 6310, has no dedicated memory at all -not good! It doesn't really meet the game's minimum system requirements. Adding EPs just makes things worse as each one added increases the min sys requirements, some more than others. Your friend's PC, and your older one, likely has a stand-alone GPU, a Mobility Card or a more powerful IGP.

The AMD Radeon HD 6310 (or perhaps also called ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6310) is an integrated graphics card in the Zacate netbook processor. It is based on the same graphics core as the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 but without any dedicated memory. Furthermore, it features the newer UVD3 video processor.

The 3D performance of the HD 6310 should be beneath a HD 4330 due to the missing dedicated graphics memory (shared memory only). Gaming performance should therefore be similar to a Nvidia ION or Intel HD Graphics graphics card. In our tests the 6310 was only able to run low end games like Fifa 11, Sims 3 and Star Craft 2 single player in lowest detail settings fluently. More demanding games like Risen or Call of Duty series were not playable.

You can try some of the suggestions here to squeeze a bit more out of the PC:

My PC has high performance Nivida Proccesor still lags as well. I believe its the coding not my comp. Im using Nivida suggested settings as well and have dedicated 3gb of ram to your game.
