Lag when clicking on sim or computer

@magiconearth The Intel I3 is the weakest of the Intel I series. The Intel 4400 has 64Mb of dedicated video memory and the minimum requirement is 128Mb of video memory. This is what is causing the problem. There is an empty PCIe video slot and installing a video card would probably help the issue. As the Intel 4400 video chip doesn't have any real dedicated memory, I'm guessing the lag is caused by the main memory being swapped in and out of virtual memory. Installing a dedicated video card would help the situation.
@roberta591 Thank you for your suggestion. I have no idea about dedicated memory. Can you recommend any dedicated memory card I can purchase? I played on this computer for almost a year and this never happened prior. Not sure why all of a sudden this would happen.
- If you get a video card there will be dedicated video memory on the card. The video card with it's own memory should help the game performance.
