Go to this thread: http://www.the-isz.com/nraas/index.php?topic=394.0 and download this NRaas_Overwatch_V25.zip in the first post. No need to register. Unzip and put it in your mods folder that you have set up using bluenote00s instructions. That's all you will need for the moment. You will get a message about a Dorothy DeMayo script error. I did not find out if she's going to be trouble or not. Just be patient. Overwatch will run at 3 am but the problem with the lot will solved earlier.
Twallan said that by deleting the lot you also send some sims in hybernation/got deleted. Those can be recovered by ErrorTrap but I'm unsure if that's really necessary or if overwatch can solve that. Just play awhile and if you are missing Sims you might need to add ErrorTrap as well (you can remove that after it has recovered the Sims) but I wouldn't worry just yet.
