It's the strut they do after woohooing, it's not a glitch Grant even said so in a post, he said something funny happens when they get rejected. I'm afraid though that they could get stuck like that, kind of like the running.
Thought so but it just looks funny! One thing though, my sim or the other wasnt rejected-they actually woohooed and they both were walking around like that..they both stopped eventually..
