Late Night Bugs - Compiled List in first two posts

My characters take way too long to get things done. In Bridgeport, it takes over two hours to go from downtown to home, which is nearby. It takes over a Sim hour for them to use a bathroom and go to bed in the same house. Why is there such a delay? They also briefly freeze when going through doors. It makes the game too slow and too difficult for my sims to maintain a schedule.
