Late Night Bugs - Compiled List in first two posts

Placing vacant lots is bugged. Previously I used to be able to place lots where ever I chose. Since game update/expansion, it's very difficult. Keep getting the message "Can not place lot on un-routable terrain" (words to that effect. Please note the areas I was trying to place lots were clear of any obstacles and were not areas that had been masked as un routable areas :(
