Late Night Bugs - Compiled List in first two posts

I have a bug where only half of the wall is visible. One side of it I can see but the other half is invisible. Same thing happens with foundations. If I rotate the camera to the other side of the wall that side is visible but the other side is invisible. I uninstalled my graphics drivers and reinstalled older ones that I knew worked but the bug is still here.

Also the the walls are normal if I build on a pre-existing house. I also disabled all CC and mods.
