Not sure if this has been reported yet (sorry, I don't have time right now to read through all of them).

My Sim's Mood Meter is constantly full even though he hasn't achieved his life time wish. His icon on the left side of the screen turns yellow and red when he has a lot of negative moodlets, but the Mood Meter stays full.
