So I followed Bertram around the house for a few minutes. He took out the trash, came inside and sat down. Then got up, walked outside, called up a sloppy jalopy and drove off. I couldn't follow him after that to see where he went, but maybe this will help the gurus some.
He never came back so I used testing cheats to delete the car and reduce the relationship and he quit. So that works but it's a pain. I hope they figure out what's going on so they can fix it in a patch.
