Launcher keeps closhing when installing Store content.

I am trying to set up a new sims 3 folder and I am trying to install my store items. I click install, it opens like its going to then closes back out and nothing installs. 

I tried clearing Micrsoft Edge's cache. and restarting PC, this is also a new Sims 3 Folder and none of the mods are installed.
