Launcher keeps closhing when installing Store content.

I am trying to set up a new sims 3 folder and I am trying to install my store items. I click install, it opens like its going to then closes back out and nothing installs.  I tried clearing Micrsoft...

Turns out I did have the mods folder installed. But no mods in it, as soon as I remove my empty mods folder, the launcher works...

@graceymanors  Maybe the problem is your Resource.cfg?  At any rate, I'd try an entirely fresh Mods folder.
