LICENSE LIMIT EXCEEDED still showing up even after new code!?!?!?!

I have had to have the game advisors call me several times already.... I'm scheduled for another call but when I put it in it was an almost 8 hour wait.... So I wont even receive a call till 1am...  ...

I've already mentioned in my topic that I've already changed the registry for that. 

Both the key in the registry is the same as the key on origin under "game info". 

They match. That isn't the problem.
