"License Limit has been reached"?

Purchased Sims3 through the online store and I have as yet not been able to play it. It installs fine, and then everytime I go to play a message pops up and tells me I can't, as the license limit has been reached. I have been through the Chat support 5+ times and everytime they ask me to un-install, and they increase my license limit, and then I re-install, and STILL have the same issue.

Anyone with any ideas?

    the only thing you can do is have EA fix your account. We are just players in here helping other players and do not have access to fixing a persons account.
