license limit reached (computer reset so had to re download), can't play sims?
My computer is telling me that my license limit has been reached and it will not let me start up the sims 3 game.
I read that you need to un-authorize the game on your old computer however, i am using the same computer but had to completely reset and wipe my computer (so i had to re-download sims)
I also used tried the method from this link: https://help.ea.com/en/article/license-limit-has-been-reached-workaround-for-the-sims-3/ but it didn't help as my code was the same and there was no problem there.
(Also- my sibling also has sims 3 downloaded onto herr pc but I have never had any issues using the game on two different computers).
