Lifetime Rewards: Collection Helper
I am not sure what to exactly do about this problem. On one of my characters, every single time I try to buy the Collection Helper, it uses up my lifetime points but it doesnt give me the reward itself. I look back into the list of rewards and it tells me that I can still buy it. I am not fully sure what to do about this since I don't want to waste all of the points and gain up points again only to get the same results. So I just log back into the main menu to retry but it still does the same thing for me. What should I do to get rid of this problem and actually get the reward?
