Lifetime Rewards: Collection Helper
I am not sure what to exactly do about this problem. On one of my characters, every single time I try to buy the Collection Helper, it uses up my lifetime points but it doesnt give me the reward itse...

I didn't try with my other characters because majority of my time was went into the one I talked about. I also don't have a use for it for my other characters along with not gaining enough lifetime points to even reach it. Can I do anything to fix it?
