List of Faulty EA Items

Hello guys! The little black hamper, I believe it is called the bayside laundry basket is a decoration only. Not for sure if it is suppose to work or not but I played last night and tried to use it and you can sit it on top of the counter but the clothes lay in the floor. I tried it in several different houses in several different towns. When I click on it, it says veiw. No clothes will enter the basket. I may have read the description of this item wrong but I thought it was a hamper. Is this a glitch or did I misread?
