Login Error

Despite entering the correct email address and password multiple times I cannot seem to logon to my sims 3 account. It keeps telling me that it is an incorrect password/email combination... I have tried both through the game and through the website.

    Try changing your password through Origin and see if it works then.

    I had this issue to but changing the password solved it.

    Hi @wensrich,

    Where are you having issues to log in? Also in-game and in the website? Have you tried the launcher?

    One last question: the account you are using to post here is the same account you use for The Sims 3? If so, are you having issues to log into Origin?
