Started playing the Sims 3 again recently after many years. Wasn't able to login to my old Sims 3 Store account so I made a new one thinking my old one was deleted somehow, only to find out it's still there. Anyone know how I can rectify this to try and get my old account back? most my dlcs are registered to it and I'd brought custom content I'd like to access

If you have e-receipts for your old purchases, or any other proof of ownership, you can upload that when you eventually submit the help request. For example, if you still have some old discs, take a photo for each one showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable).
