Lost all downloads

Hi, 

I have recently got a new hard drive on my computer as the last one broke and have only just reinstalled all of my sims games and the extension packs on to my laptop however I have noticed that all of the downloded content that I bought from stores (clothes and hairstyles etc) are now not avaulabe. How cna i get these back?
