Lost serial / registration code and new computer

Hi! 

I recently wanted to try playing the sims 3 again since I haven't played it in almost 10 years, but when I found my games I noticed that half of my games are missing their serial codes / registration code. I have tried to do some research but all the threads I can find is for people who had the game installed on their current computer. I have tried to contact EA, but they can't help me since I don't have a copy of the receipt (even though I sent them photos of the physical copies of of game and disks). 

Have anyone had the same problem and found a solution?

    @heddamor97  Is it possible you registered your content back when you bought it?  Even if you never used Origin, adding the packs to your Sims 3 Store account would accomplish the same thing: Origin and the store share information.  So you'd simply need to login to Origin with the same username and password as you used on the store site, and your content should already be in your Origin library.

    Otherwise, do you have access to the old computer?  If so, you can try to look for the old product keys there.

    If you can't find the product keys, you can still contact EA customer support and ask, but there's no guarantee the support rep would be able to help.  At the very least, take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and anything else that came inside the case.  You can upload the photos when submitting the help request.
